India does not have restrictions on crypto, Government has said itself.

Last month the report had come that there was a ban on the use of digital currency cryptography in India.  According to the proposal for the draft of the Cryptology bans and the Official Digital Currency Bill, 2019 (Banning of Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2019), the people who purchase and sell the crypto taxation in the country will get 10 years of jail sentence, but the truth  Something else is there.  Now in response to a letter, the government has said that there is no restriction on cryptorchism in India.

Indeed, Dharmapuri Srinivas, MP from Nizamabad, Telangana, had asked the question in writing in the Rajya Sabha whether the government has officially banned the use of cryptology, in response to which the government has not said, no, there is no official restriction on kryptokaranis in India.  .  He asked another question whether the government has taken note of the prevalence of cryptocurancity in the country and whether any action is being taken against those who use cryptokurans in the market?

In reply to MP's question, Minister of State for Finance Anurag Thakur said no, there is no ban on cryptology.  Thakur responded to the question and said that there are no separate laws in the country for the case related to cryptokrcurrence.  He said that the action in this regard will be done under the existing law of RBI, Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department and the Indian government has not imposed a ban on cryptology.

He said that in the case of cryptology, the police act under the IPC section and in view of the risks and dangers associated with cryptokaran, the government and the Reserve Bank of India are issuing press releases in the interest of the public from time to time.  Let us know that the hearing will be heard next week in the Supreme Court on the ban on cryptology.
